Can not run the code - nvidia-docker issue

in nvidia-docker link you refer in README file, it says it is no longer available. I am having problems about running the code. İ am not sure what to do for being able to build and run the code. And i am also new to docker too. So, is there an easy way building this code? What should i do? Can you update README file?
