aarch64-linux support

What is current preventing this from fully working with aarch64-linux?

It appears like everything, but the emulator might currently work (or at least build).

I don't own an aarch64-linux machine, for one! But if you're willing to contribute, feel free to add aarch64-linux to the flake and try it out.

Actually, I do own an aarch64-linux box, but it's my phone, so I'll probably want to buy a keyboard and test this out in the Terminal app.

Google does not distribute prebuilts for aarch64-linux. Cross-compiling the llvm-toolchain from AOSP to aarch64 is also not supported in their build tool
