Opentelemetry support

Neat, how does the instrumentation work on click apps? I can't find an example

It creates spans for commands.
I tested it with this repo first:

Then you can run something like oteltui alongside it to visualise the traces

@tahnok I think we're making progress on the asyncclick instrumentation.
I'll share a PR setting up the exporter / provider.

If there are any spans you would like to see within commands we should be able to add them now too using something like:

from opentelemetry import trace

tracer = trace.get_tracer(__name__)

# Create a new root span, set it as the current span in context
with tracer.start_as_current_span("parent"):
    # Attach a new child and update the current span
    with tracer.start_as_current_span("child"):
        do_work():
    # Close child span, set parent as current
# Close parent span, set default span as current

This way we will be good to go once the asyncclick instrumentation lands on pypi.
