Update SmartFormat v2.1.0.2 to v3.0.0 #141

Hi,
You're using the SmartFormat package in your project.
We bumped it to v3.0.0, while you're using vv2.1.0.2.
I forked your repo and gave the upgrade to v3 a try. It was just about updating the referenced NuGet package version. All unit tests are completed successfully.
It should even work with the core package, having less dependencies than the full package
Maybe have a look at the Why Migrate Wiki Chapter to see that it would pay back in performance and memory footprint.
