Security Issue: Recommending people disable CSRF protection puts them at risk

Disabling CSRF protection leaves user's airflow installs Vulnerable to all sorts of attacks -- CSRF protection is there for a reason and asking users to disable it is a Bad Idea. That protection is there for a reason.
