Add Weco Observe and AIDE

Add two tools from Weco AI:

• Weco Observe (Observability section): AI agent observability tool for tracing multi-step LLM agent runs, visualizing decision trees, and identifying failure modes in autonomous research workflows.
• AIDE (Code AI section): Open-source ML engineering agent that uses tree search to explore solution spaces. Automates machine learning experimentation from data analysis to model training. Paper.
