Integration idea: claude-brain for cross-machine memory sync?

Hey! Love claude-mem — the memory layer for Claude Code is such a critical piece.

I've been building claude-brain which handles cross-machine sync of Claude Code config (CLAUDE.md, settings, skills, agents) via git hooks.

I think there's a natural integration here: claude-mem handles the memory/knowledge layer, and claude-brain could sync those memory files across machines. Right now if you switch machines you lose your claude-mem state. What if claude-brain's git sync could include claude-mem's data directory?

Would love to discuss if there's interest in making these tools work together!

I'm working on this today actually, but my own implementation, a cloud sync service. but i'd love to speak with you about what you built, I am definitely interested
