Dropdown doesn't disappear immediately when focus is lost #1405

Describe the bug
When a dropdown is closed (by clicking outside the dropdown, or by clicking the trigger), it waits for a few milliseconds (noticeably) before it actually closes. As shown in the screencast below, this causes overlapping dropdowns if they're placed next to each other.

Reproduction
In this example, simply add another dropdown below the existing one.
