Bad `version` option to `openDatabase`

Using version 1.8.0 with localforage 1.7.1 and cordova-sqlite-storage 4.0.0, there is no data persistence between app restarts.

For whatever reason, commenting out this line fixes the problem: https://github.com/thgreasi/localForage-cordovaSQLiteDriver/blob/7a4ac27/lib/localforage-cordovasqlitedriver.js#L43

(I'd just submit a PR, but I don't know if there's some reason for that option or if it's maybe needed for other SQLite plugins/versions.)
