Can't open `.md` file in Finder with Samuwrite.app

Steps that will reproduce the problem?

1. Open a .md file in Finder with Samuwrite.app

What is the expected result?
File should be opened in Samuwrite

What happens instead?
Samuwrite opens but without opening the file

Possible workaround:
Press CMD+O - btw: File > Open does not exist

Hey sorry for the problem. We did not register the file opening protocol or something like that I believe. cc our Mac dev @ldakhoa

Yeah we are also quite not there in term of the native menu :( will fix it soon
