testsuite entries are broken + tests scripts have bugs

Several testsuite entries finishes unexpectedly even on Linux/IA32:

• sect_fillbss_injection
• sect_preinterp_injection
• etrel_extstatic (fails because too many files are loaded)
• etrel_piessp
• etrel_static
• etrel_memory
• etrel_extplt: end of .shstrtab is zeroed wrongly (but output file works)
• running the debugger on testsuite/debugging/multithreads/

Some testscripts have bugs:

• stringtests: Writing \xNN patterns is done incorrectly
• doublevar: does not lookup $$ correctly anymore
• bitfields: print garbage when displaying type with bit[](and bitfield content is never printed).
