4 day weather app

This app runs on the Tidbyt to show current + 3 days of weather forecasts, as reported on openweathermap.org. It requires an account and api id that allows for 1,000 free pulls a month. Since the app only pulls every hour, it will not cost anything to run per instance pulling less than the free limit.
