Once on, scheduled backup/export can't be turned off

1. Turn the "enable scheduled export" toggle
2. Turn it off again.

SMS export will gray out all scheduling options but attempt export at the preset time (default 2:00) and location anyway. Default location is empty which triggers an error, but if it was previously filled in correctly, the export will succeed.

Version 2.8.0-standard from fdroid.
