Markdown parser doesn't like GitHub flavour code blocks

It seems that when parsing markdown files, GitHub flavour language specific code blocks aren't parsed correctly.

This is a problem for us over at CocoaPods (see CocoaPods/CocoaPods#289). We're happy to work around it if necessary, but we thought it would be worth seeing if you had any objections to us fixing the issue in appledoc, as it's a cleaner solution.

I'd be happy to implement this if you would be happy for the change to be made.

Appledoc is using discount library to do Markdown processing, so it seems it doesn't support this feature. I'm working on a major rewrite (available on experimental branch, but still very early in development). For it I'll replace Markdown parser with sundown. I played with it, but didn't test if it supports this out of the box; it does support fenced code blocks as far as I remember.

But for now, the only option I see is to preprocess comment and change formats. I'm a bit short on time right now, will check if it's easly done and report back.
