No code sets the ga.totalFitness for Roulette function to utilize it #6
Description
I have been digging into the code and tried to see how what would set the ga.totalFitness value, and there appears to be no code that sets that value. How is this value supposed to be set by any code. In both examples it is always 0 and is never updated. So how is the code where the totalFitness is not 0 supposed to be reached?
