Add deployment labels to workers

I'd like to bring the $.Values.deployment.labels to the workers deployements, similare to the backend deployment: deployment_backend.yaml#L8-L10

Looks fine to me, but could you say a little more about your use case (what is this fixing)?

We're rolling out a new feature that will enforce labels on all our k8s resources, using Gatekeeper, making sure they're appropriately tagged (resource owner, environment, slack-channel, etc...)

So I need to be able to label retool deployments
