[bug] when file is written from R and read into dandelion, there can be several issues #530
Description
e.g. dtype mix ups, conversion of T to True, F to False etc.
Need to check systematically, or create a additional function/step to sanitise the data.
The error message is not informative as it usually just complains that there's something about clone_id but it's got to do with an empty data frame as all the rows failed formatting.
