Description
This PR update the contributing guidelines content by mentioning the version 6 instead of the version 5. A second commit that can be kept separated add a reference to the Bootstrap subbreddit and the Discord community.
Note: The
bootstrap-6tag doesn't exist yet in Stack Overflow, but will be as soon as we're releasing v6.
