Fixes

Renaming certificate fingerprint since SHA1 is considered insecure in nuget 7 and above. see here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/nuget/reference/cli-reference/cli-ref-sign#:~:text=Starting%20with%20NuGet,512)%20are%20supported.
