Add Bootstrap 5 layouts

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Natasha and her team want to use the latest Bootstrap 5.3. They want the current layout using Bootstrap 4.6.2 to also work.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Investigate including two bootstrap versions
• Create a layout that uses v5
• What all is impacted?
• How to test? At least manual testing and demonstration in the change request.

Additional context

• Are all features from Bootstrap backported so only an upgrade is necessary?
