Support splash screen

Hi guys, since we are in flutter would it be great if we have some kind of splash screen system? In order to avoid initial black window when opening app center for example.

This comes from an odd new default in the gtk application template which is created when you run flutter create.
in order to change this you need to

  // Background defaults to black, override it here if necessary, e.g. #00000000 for transparent.
  GdkRGBA background_color;
  gdk_rgba_parse(&background_color, "#00000000");
  fl_view_set_background_color(view, &background_color);
