Disable pinning achievements for other users #1570
Description
Right now, it is possible to navigate to another user's achievements page and click the "pin" button. While any changes to the "pinned" status of an achievement are not saved in the database, it would still be better if clicking on th epin icon had no effect on other users' profiles.
