.nvmrc か .node-version によるCIのNode.jsバージョン管理ができてからこのPRをrebaseさせればDockerfileとCIの同期的なバージョンアップが実現できるかも

またvideoCastではdocker build時にpackage-lock.json v1からv2への変換処理が毎回走るので無駄なのもどうにかしたい
