Support user registration #258
Description
It would be nice to support user registration in some way, so that people can register new accounts from the terminal using iamb. There are probably a couple ways to expose this, but my first thought is adding a --register flag so that someone can add a new profile to their config and then run something like iamb -P myprofile --register to go through with registering it.
