Termux has a script to change mirrors unfortunately it relies on dialog.

Possible solution could be creating custom script to select single mirror similar to:
https://github.com/termux/termux-tools/blob/master/scripts/termux-change-repo.in#L98-L136
without using dialog.

Other solution could be to try to remove the kcubeterm from mirror directory and run pkg update. Mirrors are located in /data/data/com.termux/files/usr/etc/termux/mirrors at least directly on android device.

It looks like outdated mirror.

Documentation mentions possibility to manually edit /etc/apt/sources.list or /etc/apt/sources.d but it'll only work as a temporary workaround and I doubt it would work in CI.
