Indices in Logic Output

Hi,

is there any way to get the indices of the predicates in the logical output? Or to somehow reconstruct them? Or maybe pass additional info with each word that then will be included in the output? I have sentences annotated with disambiguation and i need to know which predicate in the logic output belongs to which word in the input.
