DRep multisig/script witnessing with Ledger

After working around issue mentioned in #181 to use 1852 key for DRep multisig I ran into the next issue, witnessing of DRep script.

I tried to add a DRep registration certificate for a multisig DRep that includes a Ledger device. This threw the error:

InvalidData: certificate DRep credential must be given as a path in TransactionSigningMode.ORDINARY_TRANSACTION

I assume error is thrown because the request from cardano-hw-cli to Ledger doesn't include the path.

Is any governance action through cardano-hw-cli for a script that includes a Ledger supported?
