Description
在处理echart中实现拖拽功能的时候需要用到echarts实例的API，但是useEcharts并没有将实例暴露出来，如果自己修改useEcharts，暴露instance，会出现报错。
Proposed Solution
希望能在最新版中的useEcharts中能将chartInstance也暴露出来
