docs: Icon for localized docs is missing

The button in the header that links to the translated version of the documentation site used to have an icon resembling "文/A", but now this icon is missing across all sites using this design (original vite.dev, as well as the translated version like ja.vite.dev), making navigation to these sites at the first glance difficult.

Based on my digging, @voidzero-dev/vitepress-theme/src/components/vitepress-default/VPNavBarTranslations.vue passes the vpi-languages icon (which is a class that vitepress supports). But @voidzero-dev/vitepress-theme/src/components/vitepress-default/VPFlyout.vue passes that to the Icon component (from @iconify/vue). So I guess it needs some way to determine it should be rendered as a normal span+class, or with the Icon component, or change vpi-languages to something the Icon component understands.
