Update to support latest julia

Hi! Is the QuantumLab still under maintenance? I'm using Julia 1.7.3 but the QuantumLab could not be installed due to dependency version conflict. It seems the QuantumLab is too old. Is it possible to update it to support the latest julia? Many thanks! :D

Hi @TheStarAlight,

Unfortunately, I have been completely occupied with job responsibilities for a while and don't think that's going to change in the near future. So I won't have time to update QuantumLab to the recent Julia version myself for now. However, if you (or anyone else for that matter) would like to make those changes, I'd be happy to approve your PR.
