Add support for AWS Kinesis Enhanced Fan-Out as an input #261
Description
As mentioned in the Slack channel we are exploring using Enhanced Fan-Out with Bento to avoid "read" contention when there are multiple consumers and its not clear from the docs if this is supported out of the box already.
