Friendly cli

Part of #104 rewriting, but mostly addresses #100 concerns.

Changes:

• Renamed OUTPUT -> FILE in order not to confuse output file and output (like, display one)
• Renamed listoutputs -> list-outputs
• Renamed chooseoutput -> choose-outputs
• Implemented colored output, colors changable in wayshot/src/cli.rs/get_styles()
• Write list-outputs to stdout

As for tab completions, I suppose these are being working on in #132. I hope that one will introduce completions for nu as well, though
