HELP WANTED: triage maintainer to close out junk issues

I haven't visited this repository in about a year because every time I come here, almost everything is junk from bots or Ai (but not in a good way) or scammers or phishers or spammers and it killed my joy.

I would really, really like to bring on a maintainer with triage privileges to report the junk and ping me about anything that's real, especially if it's important.

I'd be happy to have other contribution as well. In particular, I think there's some ways we could use Ai that would greatly accelerate development and make it easier to get more throughput on high-quality PRs that fix problems.

But I need triage help because the amount of spam and junk is so overwhelming that I lose the motivation with which I started and maintained and grew this project for years.

Process

1. Report the user.
   GitHub only allows you to report something like 3 issues every hour so, unfortunately, most of these junk accounts will get away without being reported because GitHub doesn't want to deal with their bot problem either.
2. Block the user.
3. REPLACE the issue title and contents of the issue with [SPAM].
   We don't want their links or hidden text to accomplish its goal.

There are 3 things that I would like you to do:

1. REPLACE the issue title with [SPAM]
2. REPLACE the issue body with [SPAM]
3. Report and block the account.

The reason for replacing the title and issue with [SPAM] is because they often put malicious links or hidden text - SEO hijacking, LLM poisoning, etc. I don't want Webi to be a way for them to profit.

You only get a couple of reports per hour - but I'd like GitHub to feel the pain of their spam problem and have to take some accountability for it. I have the reason saved in my browser's auto-complete, it's something like:

• bot account opening junk issues and PRs
• bot opening issues and PRs with malicious links

Block the account because as you'll soon see, many of these accounts open issues and PRs over and over again.
