Valorantcc not launching at all

No activity in task manager when i double click the application, reinstalled it, tried multiple versions of runtime, tried running as admin, tried reinstalling the program and still nothing.

this is where Valorant CC is stuck...tried everything but still not working...even reinstalled valorant but still no luck.
