feat(chains): add Intuition mainnet and testnet

Summary

Adds Intuition mainnet (intuition) and testnet (intuitionTestnet) chain definitions and exports them from viem/chains, with small snapshot-style tests for key metadata.

Network details (verified)

• Mainnet: chainId 1155 — RPC https://rpc.intuition.systems — eth_chainId → 0x483
• Testnet: chainId 13579 — RPC https://testnet.rpc.intuition.systems — eth_chainId → 0x350b
