Renew suppressions that expired March 11 that are still triggering reports

In recent runs scanning main and 39.0.1 problems with these components are being reported:

h2-2.2.224.jar
jakarta.security.enterprise-3.0.3.jar
resteasy-spring-3.2.0.Final.jar
resteasy-tracing-api-2.0.1.Final.jar
undertow-core-2.3.23.Final.jar

In all cases the problems relate to things that were suppressed in our owasp-suppressions.xml file where the suppression expired on March 11. So, renew those suppressions.
