v2.1.3增加的自定义gpt服务是固定3个，而且还不能修改名字，如果我有大于3个的gpt想切换着用，看名字我还不知道是哪个

所以比较合理的方式应该是自己可以一个一个添加，并且可以修改自己添加的
比较容易想的可能就是单独需要配置一个配置文件，里面可以一个一个添加，并且可以修改名字
由于没开发过zotero的插件，不知道这样动态的增删在zotero中是否方便实现
