Mocker is an open-source (AGPL-3.0), Docker-compatible container CLI for macOS, built natively on Apple's Containerization framework using Swift.

It provides full Docker CLI compatibility, making it a lightweight alternative for macOS users who want native container support without a Linux VM.

Added to the Applications Platforms section in alphabetical order.

PR description says the entry was added in alphabetical order, but the "Applications Platforms" list around this line isn’t alphabetical (e.g., Canine appears after OrbStack, etc.). Either reorder the section to actually be alphabetical or update the PR description to avoid stating alphabetical ordering.
