node 24.11.1 introduced changes which have stricter lockfile checks. Updating the lockfile with 24.11.1 brings in some new packages which should be assessed before publishing a new version of the SDK. e.g. https://github.com/wormhole-foundation/native-token-transfers/actions/runs/19408192458/job/55525924525 We should pin to 24.11.0 for now so we can at least publish.

We should pin to 24.11.0 for now so we can at least publish some urgently needed changes.
