Could this be moved to a separate eclipse plugin artifact so it's an optional download? I know that's a lot more work though. |

I could if I could figure out how to.. But I think it would allow us to fix things like the shuffleboard always extracting issue, which would definitely be nice to have fixed. Having that separate would cause most teams to not get that fix. |

Note this basically doubles the download side, so I don't know if its fully worth it. But I know people would be happy if it was easy to just grab all the libraries.
