Neither Windows server nor Windows client can stream output

Description

在 open-coreui 中配置阿里云百炼平台，无法流式输出

Steps to Reproduce

1. 管理员面板-> 设置 -> 外部链接
2. 填入阿里云百炼平台 base_url 和 api_key，并保存
3. 回到对话页面，输入问题

Expected Behavior

open-coreui 会一个字一个字的回复我，流式输出

Actual Behavior

open-coreui 是等模型全部回答完才能显示回复

Environment

• open-coreui-0.9.6-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc.exe
• OS: Windows 10.0.26100
• Architecture: x86_64

其他模型也是 非要点一下其他位置 比如点击其他按钮 再切回去 然后才会显示回复！

Mac, I tested and it works too. I'll test the feature on Windows. I'll figure out the issue and fix it
