Compatiblity with Magento 2.4.8

I found out some modules are required in Magento 2.4.8 and we need to remove them from the replace property.

1. magento/module-advanced-pricing-import-export
2. magento/module-new-relic-reporting

Sorry for the delay. I'm going to look into this to see if these packages need to be removed again from this meta-package.

Note that with the https://github.com/yireo/magento2-replace-tools you can just exclude these packages in your own composer.json and with that, make sure that these deps are installed after all.
