Adds: - `Zend\Mail\Protocol\SmtpPluginManagerFactory`, for creating and returning an `SmtpPluginManagerFactory` instance. - `Zend\Mail\ConfigProvider`, which maps the `SmtpPluginManager` service to the above factory. - `Zend\Mail\Module`, which does the same, for a zend-mvc context.
