HTTPS Patch for World Wind v2.0.0

Add the worldwind-2.0.0-https-patch.jar to your projects classpath and specify the following Java property:

-Dgov.nasa.worldwind.app.confg.document=worldwind-2.0.0-https-patch/worldwind-https-patch.xml

This will point the default v2.0.0 World Wind layers at the new https endpoint.
