Use --arg/--argjson pattern (matching fusion-resolver) so that non-JSON-literal values like 0x… addresses and salt strings are properly passed to jq instead of causing parse errors. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Pass skipVerify: process.env.OPS_SKIP_VERIFY === 'true' to all
deployAndGetContract/deployAndGetContractWithCreate3 calls, and guard
inline hre.run('verify:verify') blocks with OPS_SKIP_VERIFY check.
