Share thread menu entry allways appears

Describe the bug
Related to thread sharining document there are prerequisites to show the Share UI:

If any prerequisite is missing, the Share UI will not appear and the endpoints will reject requests.

In fact, the share ui is always visible.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Miss any of the prerequisites, e.g. set allow_thread_sharing = false

Expected behavior
Share UI is not visible in menu entry.

The Share UI menu entry always appearing, even when prerequisites like allow_thread_sharing = false are not met, is a known issue. The feature is still evolving, and there are related bugs in recent versions where the Share button may be visible but not functional, especially if frontend/backend communication fails or required backend methods are missing. However, the specific bug of the Share UI not respecting the documented prerequisites is not currently tracked as a standalone issue. A fix for related frontend/backend issues is pending but not yet merged, so the thread sharing UI may not fully match the documentation in the latest release (source).

Seconding this, I have the required factors to enable sharing on my instances:

• Auth
• Data Persistence

BUT I have set allow_thread_sharing = false, and the share option still appears in the UI, which can confuse users and appears to be a defect, because clicking the menu entry does not do anything.
