Import Wallet “Upload seed phrase file” button does not open file dialog on macOS

On macOS, attempting to import a seed phrase file via Import Wallet → Upload seed phrase file has no effect—clicking the button fails to open the file‐selection dialog.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Check out the latest dev branch (Commit 976943a).
2. Launch the application on macOS.
3. Navigate to Import Wallet.
4. Click the Upload seed phrase file button.

Expected Behavior

• A file‐open dialog should appear, allowing the user to select and upload a seed phrase file.

Actual Behavior

• Nothing happens when the button is clicked; no dialog appears.

• OS: macOS Sequoia 15.6 (24G84)
