Integrate subcanopy nutrient uptakes into the soil model

#1032 adds new variables to the plant model to represent nutrient uptake by sub canopy (subcanopy_ammonium_uptake). I need to update the soil model to combine these with the canopy uptakes to find total uptake from the soil
