Rename W3D2 from DlThinking2 to DLCaseStudy2 and update materials.yml

Replaces the W3D2_DlThinking2 directory with W3D2_DLCaseStudy2 (renamed day),
clears all notebook outputs, and updates the day name in materials.yml.
