Performance+: Direct (de-)serialization nbt <-> components

Feature description

Create a (de)serializer

nbt <-> chat component

without converting nbt to/from JsonElements inbetween.

I intend to work on this myself. Edit: Will not have time to start this before July 3.

Goal of the feature

Performance improvements for newer mc versions due to less logical steps and absolutely no gson inbetween.

Unfitting alternatives

No code change.
